Field Trip to the Crane Foundation
On Tuesday October 20th a group of the Friends took a bus to the Crane Foundation near Baraboo, WI. We had a guided tour and saw cranes from around the world. It was amazing to see all the cranes up close. There are some very large and beautiful birds. We learned how the Crane Foundation is working to save many endangered cranes all over the world. All agreed that it was a fun and educational trip.
